Responsibilities may include opening and closing the store, supervising cash handling and register reconciliation, monitoring inventory levels, receiving deliveries, and supporting stock counts or inventory audits. Another important aspect of the role is motivating the team, onboarding new employees, and helping create a positive work atmosphere that contributes to service quality and overall store performance.
